Description
Quick and flavorful steak bites with garlic butter served with creamy mashed potatoes.
Ingredients
- 1 lb sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 2 tbsp butter, melted
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 large potatoes, peeled and cubed
- 1/4 cup milk
- 2 tbsp butter
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Toss steak bites with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Air fry steak bites for 8-10 minutes, shaking halfway.
- Mix melted butter and minced garlic in a bowl.
- Toss cooked steak bites in garlic butter.
- Boil potatoes until tender, drain.
- Mash potatoes with milk, butter, salt, and pepper.
- Serve steak bites over mashed potatoes.
