Ingredients
- 2 large russet potatoes, cut into fries
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/2 cup grated Pecorino Romano cheese
- 1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Toss the potato fries with olive oil, salt, and minced garlic.
- Place the fries in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway.
- Sprinkle grated cheese and black pepper over the fries.
- Cook for another 2-3 minutes until cheese melts.
- Serve immediately.
