Description
Juicy chicken breast seasoned with garlic and herbs, cooked to perfection in an air fryer.
Ingredients
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- 1 tsp dried rosemary
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp paprika
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Mix garlic, olive oil, thyme, rosemary, salt, pepper, and paprika in a bowl.
- Coat chicken breasts evenly with the mixture.
- Place chicken in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 10 minutes, flip, then cook another 5-10 minutes until internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
Notes
- Let chicken rest 5 minutes before slicing.
- Adjust cook time based on thickness of chicken.
