Crispy garlic parmesan black garlic chips made in the air fryer.
Ingredients
- 2 medium potatoes, thinly sliced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp black garlic powder
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Toss potato slices with olive oil.
- Mix black garlic powder, garlic powder, parmesan, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Coat potato slices with the seasoning mix.
- Place slices in air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 10 minutes, flipping halfway.
- Check crispiness and cook 2-3 more minutes if needed.
