Description
Crispy potato wedges seasoned with garlic and parmesan, cooked in an air fryer for a healthier twist.
Ingredients
- 4 medium potatoes
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp paprika
Instructions
- Cut potatoes into wedges.
- Toss wedges with olive oil, garlic, salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Place wedges in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 15 minutes, shaking halfway.
- Sprinkle parmesan cheese and cook for 2 more minutes.
- Serve hot.
Notes
- Use russet potatoes for crispier results.
- Do not overcrowd the air fryer basket.
