Description

Easy-to-make focaccia muffins with garlic and rosemary, cooked in an air fryer for a crispy texture.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 tbsp active dry yeast
  • 3/4 cup warm water
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp fresh rosemary, chopped


Instructions

  1. Mix flour, salt, and sugar in a bowl.
  2. Dissolve yeast in warm water and let sit for 5 minutes.
  3. Add yeast mixture and olive oil to the dry ingredients. Stir until combined.
  4. Knead dough for 5 minutes until smooth.
  5. Cover and let rise for 1 hour.
  6. Divide dough into muffin-sized portions.
  7. Press minced garlic and rosemary into each portion.
  8. Preheat air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  9. Cook muffins for 10-12 minutes until golden brown.
