Description
Easy-to-make focaccia muffins with garlic and rosemary, cooked in an air fryer for a crispy texture.
Ingredients
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tbsp active dry yeast
- 3/4 cup warm water
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp fresh rosemary, chopped
Instructions
- Mix flour, salt, and sugar in a bowl.
- Dissolve yeast in warm water and let sit for 5 minutes.
- Add yeast mixture and olive oil to the dry ingredients. Stir until combined.
- Knead dough for 5 minutes until smooth.
- Cover and let rise for 1 hour.
- Divide dough into muffin-sized portions.
- Press minced garlic and rosemary into each portion.
- Preheat air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- Cook muffins for 10-12 minutes until golden brown.
