Ingredients

Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 5 minutes.
- Rub the steak with olive oil, minced garlic, rosemary, salt, and pepper.
- Place the steak in the air fryer basket, ensuring it’s not overcrowded.
- Cook for 8-10 minutes for medium-rare, flipping halfway through.
- Let the steak rest for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
