Description

Make delicious gingerbread cookies quickly using your air fryer. These cookies are crispy on the outside and soft on the inside with warm spices.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp ground ginger
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp ground cloves
  • 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup molasses
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract


Instructions

  1. In a bowl, whisk flour, baking soda, salt, ginger, cinnamon, cloves, and nutmeg.
  2. In another bowl, beat butter and brown sugar until creamy. Add molasses, egg, and vanilla.
  3. Gradually mix dry ingredients into wet ingredients until combined.
  4. Roll dough into 1-inch balls and flatten slightly.
  5. Preheat air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  6. Place cookies in the air fryer basket, leaving space between them.
  7. Cook for 6-8 minutes until edges are firm.
  8. Let cool before serving.
