Description

A quick and easy gluten-free pizza made with corn tortillas in your air fryer.


Ingredients

  • 2 corn tortillas
  • 1/4 cup tomato sauce
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup sliced bell peppers
  • 1/4 cup sliced red onions
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp dried oregano
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt to taste


Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 370°F (190°C) for 3 minutes.
  2. Lightly brush the corn tortillas with olive oil.
  3. Spread tomato sauce evenly over the tortillas.
  4. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top.
  5. Add bell peppers and red onions.
  6. Season with oregano, garlic powder, and salt.
  7. Place the tortillas in the air fryer basket.
  8. Cook for 5-7 minutes until the cheese melts and the edges are crispy.
  9. Remove and let cool for 2 minutes before serving.
