Description
A quick and easy gluten-free pizza made with corn tortillas in your air fryer.
Ingredients
- 2 corn tortillas
- 1/4 cup tomato sauce
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup sliced bell peppers
- 1/4 cup sliced red onions
- 1 tsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp dried oregano
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 370°F (190°C) for 3 minutes.
- Lightly brush the corn tortillas with olive oil.
- Spread tomato sauce evenly over the tortillas.
- Sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top.
- Add bell peppers and red onions.
- Season with oregano, garlic powder, and salt.
- Place the tortillas in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 5-7 minutes until the cheese melts and the edges are crispy.
- Remove and let cool for 2 minutes before serving.
Notes
- Use gluten-free tomato sauce to keep it gluten-free.
- Add your favorite toppings for variety.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 2 days.
