Description
A quick and easy gluten-free tortilla pizza made in the air fryer.
Ingredients
- 1 gluten-free tortilla
- 2 tbsp tomato sauce
- 1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 5 slices pepperoni
- 1 tsp olive oil
- 1/4 tsp dried oregano
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- Brush tortilla with olive oil.
- Spread tomato sauce evenly over the tortilla.
- Sprinkle cheese and add pepperoni.
- Cook in the air fryer for 5 minutes.
- Remove, sprinkle oregano, and serve.
