Description
Crispy fries topped with Greek feta and olives for a Mediterranean twist.
Ingredients
- 4 large potatoes, cut into fries
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 1/4 cup sliced Kalamata olives
- 1 tsp dried oregano
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Toss potato fries with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Air fry for 15 minutes, shaking halfway.
- Sprinkle feta, olives, and oregano on top.
- Air fry for 2 more minutes.
- Serve hot.

- Adjust seasoning to taste.
