Description
A quick and easy air fryer grilled cheese sandwich with Greek flavors.
Ingredients
- 2 slices of bread
- 1/4 cup feta cheese, crumbled
- 1/4 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/4 tsp dried oregano
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 370°F for 3 minutes.
- Brush one side of each bread slice with olive oil.
- On the unbrushed side of one slice, layer feta and mozzarella cheese.
- Sprinkle oregano and garlic powder over the cheese.
- Top with the second bread slice, oiled side facing out.
- Place the sandwich in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 4-5 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crispy.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- Use thick-cut bread for better texture.
- Adjust cooking time based on your air fryer model.
- Add sliced tomatoes or olives for extra flavor.
