Description
Crispy and flavorful Greek meatballs made in an air fryer with feta cheese.
Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F.
- In a bowl, mix ground beef, feta, breadcrumbs, egg, oregano, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Shape the mixture into 1-inch meatballs.
- Lightly brush meatballs with olive oil.
- Place meatballs in the air fryer basket, leaving space between them.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway.
- Serve warm.
Notes
- Use lean ground beef for best results.
- Check internal temperature of meatballs (165°F).
- Serve with tzatziki sauce.
