Description
A quick and healthy breakfast or snack made with Greek yogurt and cooked in an air fryer.
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 large egg
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon honey (optional)
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Mix Greek yogurt, egg, flour, baking powder, vanilla extract, honey, and salt in a bowl.
- Preheat air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- Pour batter onto parchment paper in the air fryer basket, spreading it thinly.
- Cook for 5-7 minutes until edges are golden.
- Flip carefully and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
- Remove, let cool slightly, and serve with toppings of your choice.
