Ingredients
- 4 cups mixed greens (spinach, kale, arugula)
- 1 avocado, sliced
- 1 cucumber, diced
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley
- 1/4 cup fresh basil
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- In a blender, combine Greek yogurt, parsley, basil, lemon juice, garlic, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Blend until smooth.
- Toss the mixed greens, avocado, and cucumber in a bowl.
- Drizzle the green goddess dressing over the salad and mix well.
- Transfer the salad to an air fryer-safe dish and cook for 3-5 minutes until slightly wilted.
- Serve warm.
