Description
A crispy and flavorful grilled cheese sandwich made in an air fryer with roasted garlic for extra taste.
Ingredients
- 2 slices of bread
- 1/2 cup shredded cheese
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1 clove roasted garlic, mashed
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F for 3 minutes.
- Butter one side of each bread slice.
- Spread mashed roasted garlic on the unbuttered side of one slice.
- Sprinkle shredded cheese evenly over the garlic.
- Top with the second bread slice, buttered side facing up.
- Place the sandwich in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 5 minutes, flip, and cook for another 4 minutes.
- Remove when golden brown and crispy.
Notes
- Use any cheese of your choice.
- Adjust cooking time based on the thickness of bread.
- For extra crispiness, spray the bread lightly with oil.
