Ingredients

  • 2 slices of bread
  • 2 oz smoked salmon
  • 1 oz cream cheese
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese


Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 350°F.
  2. Spread cream cheese on one slice of bread.
  3. Layer smoked salmon and cheddar cheese on top.
  4. Butter the outer sides of the sandwich.
  5. Place in air fryer basket and cook for 4 minutes.
  6. Flip and cook for another 3 minutes or until golden brown.
