Description
A quick and flavorful meal made with seasoned ground beef, rice, and fresh toppings, all prepared in an air fryer for a crispy finish.
Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 cup cooked rice
- 1 tbsp taco seasoning
- 1/2 cup black beans, rinsed
- 1/2 cup corn kernels
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup shredded cheese
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup diced avocado
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F.
- Season ground beef with taco seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Cook ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until browned.
- Spread rice in the air fryer basket and top with cooked beef, black beans, and corn.
- Air fry for 8-10 minutes until slightly crispy.
- Remove from air fryer and top with tomatoes, cheese, sour cream, and avocado.
- Serve immediately.
Notes
- Use lean ground beef for less grease.
- Adjust seasoning to taste.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 2 days.
