Description

A quick and flavorful meal made with seasoned ground beef, rice, and fresh toppings, all prepared in an air fryer for a crispy finish.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 cup cooked rice
  • 1 tbsp taco seasoning
  • 1/2 cup black beans, rinsed
  • 1/2 cup corn kernels
  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup shredded cheese
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup diced avocado
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 375°F.
  2. Season ground beef with taco seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  3. Cook ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until browned.
  4. Spread rice in the air fryer basket and top with cooked beef, black beans, and corn.
  5. Air fry for 8-10 minutes until slightly crispy.
  6. Remove from air fryer and top with tomatoes, cheese, sour cream, and avocado.
  7. Serve immediately.
