Description
A quick and healthy meal featuring ground turkey with southwest flavors, wrapped in tortillas and cooked in an air fryer.
Ingredients
- 1 lb ground turkey
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 cup black beans, rinsed and drained
- 1 cup corn kernels
- 1/2 cup diced bell peppers
- 4 large tortillas
- 1/2 cup shredded cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add ground turkey and cook until browned.
- Stir in chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
- Add black beans, corn, and bell peppers. Cook for 3 minutes.
- Divide the mixture evenly among tortillas.
- Sprinkle cheese and cilantro on top.
- Fold the tortillas into wraps.
- Place wraps in the air fryer basket.
- Cook at 375°F for 5 minutes or until crispy.
- Serve warm.
Notes
- Use whole wheat tortillas for a healthier option.
- Adjust spices to your taste.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
