Description

A quick and healthy meal featuring ground turkey with southwest flavors, wrapped in tortillas and cooked in an air fryer.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground turkey
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 cup black beans, rinsed and drained
  • 1 cup corn kernels
  • 1/2 cup diced bell peppers
  • 4 large tortillas
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro


Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
  2. Add ground turkey and cook until browned.
  3. Stir in chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  4. Add black beans, corn, and bell peppers. Cook for 3 minutes.
  5. Divide the mixture evenly among tortillas.
  6. Sprinkle cheese and cilantro on top.
  7. Fold the tortillas into wraps.
  8. Place wraps in the air fryer basket.
  9. Cook at 375°F for 5 minutes or until crispy.
  10. Serve warm.
