Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground turkey
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 1 cup cooked rice
  • 1 cup black beans, rinsed and drained
  • 1 cup corn kernels
  • 1 avocado, diced
  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
  • 1/4 cup shredded cheese
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1 lime, cut into wedges


Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 375°F for 5 minutes.
  2. In a bowl, mix ground turkey with olive oil and taco seasoning.
  3. Cook turkey in the air fryer for 8-10 minutes, breaking it into crumbles as it cooks.
  4. Assemble bowls by dividing rice, beans, corn, and cooked turkey.
  5. Top with avocado, tomatoes, cilantro, cheese, and sour cream.
  6. Squeeze lime juice over each bowl before serving.
