Description
A quick and healthy meal featuring seasoned ground turkey, fresh veggies, and your favorite toppings, all served in a bowl. Made easy with an air fryer.
Ingredients
- 1 lb ground turkey
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 1 cup cooked rice
- 1 cup black beans, rinsed and drained
- 1 cup corn kernels
- 1 avocado, diced
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
- 1/4 cup shredded cheese
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1 lime, cut into wedges
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F for 5 minutes.
- In a bowl, mix ground turkey with olive oil and taco seasoning.
- Cook turkey in the air fryer for 8-10 minutes, breaking it into crumbles as it cooks.
- Assemble bowls by dividing rice, beans, corn, and cooked turkey.
- Top with avocado, tomatoes, cilantro, cheese, and sour cream.
- Squeeze lime juice over each bowl before serving.

- Use pre-cooked rice to save time.
- Adjust seasoning to taste.
