Description
A quick and easy air fryer version of the classic hamburger green bean casserole. Perfect for a weeknight meal with minimal cleanup.
Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 2 cans (14.5 oz each) green beans, drained
- 1 1/3 cups French fried onions
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 370°F (190°C).
- In a skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat. Drain excess fat.
- Stir in cream of mushroom soup, milk, soy sauce, and black pepper.
- Add green beans and 2/3 cup French fried onions. Mix well.
- Transfer mixture to an air fryer-safe baking dish.
- Top with remaining French fried onions.
- Air fry for 10-12 minutes until bubbly and golden brown.
Notes
- Use fresh green beans instead of canned for a crispier texture.
- Adjust seasoning to taste.
- Leftovers can be refrigerated for up to 3 days.
