Description

Make crispy hash browns in your air fryer with minimal oil. These shredded potatoes turn golden and crunchy on the outside while staying tender inside.


Ingredients

  • 2 medium russet potatoes
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder


Instructions

  1. Peel and grate the potatoes.
  2. Rinse grated potatoes in cold water, then squeeze out excess moisture.
  3. Toss potatoes with oil, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  4. Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  5. Spread potatoes in an even layer in the air fryer basket.
  6. Cook for 15 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  7. Serve immediately while hot.
