Ingredients
- 1 pound beef sirloin, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon dried rosemary
- 1 tablespoon dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix the olive oil, rosemary, thyme, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
- Toss the beef cubes in the herb mixture until evenly coated.
- Place the beef cubes in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
