Description
A quick and easy air fryer sandwich with herbed cheddar biscuits.
Ingredients
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp dried herbs (such as thyme or rosemary)
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup cold butter, cubed
- 1/3 cup milk
- 4 slices cooked bacon or ham
- 1 egg, fried or scrambled
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Mix flour, baking powder, salt, and herbs in a bowl.
- Add cold butter and cheese, then rub into the flour mixture until crumbly.
- Stir in milk until a dough forms.
- Divide dough into 4 portions and flatten into biscuit shapes.
- Air fry for 8-10 minutes until golden.
- Slice biscuits in half and fill with bacon and egg.
Notes
- Use cold butter for flaky biscuits.
- Adjust herbs to your preference.
- Serve warm for best texture.
