Description

A quick and easy air fryer sandwich with herbed cheddar biscuits.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp dried herbs (such as thyme or rosemary)
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup cold butter, cubed
  • 1/3 cup milk
  • 4 slices cooked bacon or ham
  • 1 egg, fried or scrambled


Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Mix flour, baking powder, salt, and herbs in a bowl.
  3. Add cold butter and cheese, then rub into the flour mixture until crumbly.
  4. Stir in milk until a dough forms.
  5. Divide dough into 4 portions and flatten into biscuit shapes.
  6. Air fry for 8-10 minutes until golden.
  7. Slice biscuits in half and fill with bacon and egg.
