Description
Crispy and quick potato wedges made in an air fryer.
Ingredients
- 2 large potatoes
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Cut potatoes into wedges.
- Toss wedges with oil and seasonings.
- Preheat air fryer to 200°C (400°F).
- Cook wedges for 15-20 minutes, shaking halfway.
- Serve hot.
Notes
- For crispier wedges, soak cut potatoes in cold water for 30 minutes before cooking.
- Adjust seasonings to your taste.
