Description

Quick and easy high-protein cheese stick bites made in the air fryer. Perfect for a snack or appetizer with 15g of protein per serving.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil


Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix cottage cheese, mozzarella, Parmesan, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Add the egg and mix until well combined.
  4. Shape the mixture into small bite-sized balls.
  5. Roll each ball in breadcrumbs until fully coated.
  6. Lightly spray or brush the air fryer basket with olive oil.
  7. Place the cheese stick bites in the air fryer, leaving space between them.
  8. Cook for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crispy.
  9. Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce.
