Description
Crispy air-fried fish sticks packed with protein for a healthy meal.
Ingredients
- 500g white fish fillets (cod or haddock)
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Cut fish into stick shapes
- Mix breadcrumbs with spices
- Dip fish in flour, then egg, then breadcrumbs
- Preheat air fryer to 200°C
- Place fish sticks in air fryer basket
- Cook for 8 minutes, flip halfway
- Serve hot with your favorite dip

- Use fresh fish for best results
- Don’t overcrowd the air fryer basket
- Check internal temperature reaches 63°C
