Description

Crispy air-fried fish sticks packed with protein for a healthy meal.


Ingredients

  • 500g white fish fillets (cod or haddock)
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp olive oil


Instructions

  1. Cut fish into stick shapes
  2. Mix breadcrumbs with spices
  3. Dip fish in flour, then egg, then breadcrumbs
  4. Preheat air fryer to 200°C
  5. Place fish sticks in air fryer basket
  6. Cook for 8 minutes, flip halfway
  7. Serve hot with your favorite dip
