Ingredients

  • 2 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp lemon zest
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 lemon, sliced (for garnish)


Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 3 minutes.
  2. Pat the salmon fillets dry with a paper towel.
  3. Rub olive oil over both sides of the salmon.
  4. Sprinkle garlic powder, salt, black pepper, and fresh dill evenly over the salmon.
  5. Place the salmon in the air fryer basket, skin-side down.
  6. Cook for 8-10 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.
  7. Garnish with lemon zest and lemon slices before serving.
