Description
Crispy, golden garlic knots made in your air fryer. These are perfect as a snack or side dish.
Ingredients
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 cup water
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Mix flour, salt, baking powder, and garlic powder in a bowl.
- Add water and olive oil, then knead into a dough.
- Roll the dough into small ropes and tie into knots.
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Place knots in the air fryer basket and cook for 8 minutes.
- Mix minced garlic and parsley with a little oil.
- Brush the garlic mixture over the knots and cook for 2 more minutes.

- Let the dough rest for 5 minutes before shaping.
- Adjust cooking time based on your air fryer model.
