Description
Easy homemade pizza rolls with sausage, made quickly in the air fryer for a crispy, cheesy snack.
Ingredients
- 1 sheet puff pastry, thawed
- 1/2 cup pizza sauce
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup cooked sausage, crumbled
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Roll out the puff pastry and cut into 3×3-inch squares.
- Spread a teaspoon of pizza sauce on each square.
- Sprinkle cheese and sausage over the sauce.
- Fold the squares into triangles and seal edges with a fork.
- Brush with egg wash and sprinkle Italian seasoning.
- Air fry for 8-10 minutes until golden brown.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- Use pre-cooked sausage for safety.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 2 days.
- Reheat in the air fryer for best texture.
