Ingredients

  • 2 large russet potatoes, cut into fries
  • 4 strips smoked bacon, cooked and chopped
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper


Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 380°F (193°C).
  2. Toss the potato fries with olive oil, smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Place fries in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Cook for 15 minutes, shaking halfway.
  4. In a small bowl, mix cooked bacon with maple syrup.
  5. Remove fries from the air fryer, top with the maple bacon mixture, and serve immediately.
