Crispy and juicy air fryer drumsticks coated in a sweet and savory honey garlic glaze.
Ingredients
- 8 chicken drumsticks
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/4 cup honey
- 3 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Pat the drumsticks dry with a paper towel.
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika. Coat the drumsticks evenly.
- Place the drumsticks in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 12 minutes, flip, then cook for another 10-12 minutes until golden and internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- While cooking, mix honey, minced garlic, soy sauce, and apple cider vinegar in a small saucepan. Simmer for 2-3 minutes until slightly thickened.
- Toss the cooked drumsticks in the glaze and serve.
