Ingredients
- 4 boneless pork chops (1 inch thick)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 3 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
Instructions
- Pat pork chops dry with paper towels.
- Mix olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika in a bowl. Rub mixture onto both sides of pork chops.
- Preheat air fryer to 380°F for 3 minutes.
- Place pork chops in air fryer basket. Cook for 8 minutes.
- While cooking, mix honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, and lemon juice in a small bowl.
- Flip pork chops and brush with half the glaze. Cook for 5 more minutes.
- Brush with remaining glaze and cook for 1 final minute.
- Let rest for 3 minutes before serving.
