Description
Crispy air fryer wings coated in a sweet and spicy honey ginger glaze.
Ingredients
- 1 lb chicken wings
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1 tbsp fresh ginger, grated
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Toss wings with olive oil, salt, and black pepper.
- Arrange wings in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 12 minutes, flip, then cook for another 8 minutes.
- While wings cook, mix honey, ginger, garlic, soy sauce, and red pepper flakes in a small saucepan.
- Heat the glaze on low for 3 minutes.
- Toss cooked wings in the glaze.
- Serve warm.
Notes
- Pat wings dry before cooking for crispier skin.
- Adjust red pepper flakes for more or less heat.
- Double the glaze for extra saucy wings.
