Description

Crispy air fryer wings coated in a sweet and spicy honey ginger glaze.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken wings
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1 tbsp fresh ginger, grated
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes


Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Toss wings with olive oil, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Arrange wings in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  4. Cook for 12 minutes, flip, then cook for another 8 minutes.
  5. While wings cook, mix honey, ginger, garlic, soy sauce, and red pepper flakes in a small saucepan.
  6. Heat the glaze on low for 3 minutes.
  7. Toss cooked wings in the glaze.
  8. Serve warm.

Notes

  • Pat wings dry before cooking for crispier skin.
  • Adjust red pepper flakes for more or less heat.
  • Double the glaze for extra saucy wings.
