Description
A creamy, cheesy dip with fresh tomatoes and basil, made quickly in an air fryer.
Ingredients
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, diced
- 1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C) for 5 minutes.
- In a mixing bowl, combine mozzarella, cream cheese, tomatoes, basil, garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Transfer the mixture to an air fryer-safe dish.
- Air fry for 8-10 minutes until bubbly and golden.
- Serve warm with bread or crackers.
