A quick and tasty dip with hot sausage, beer, and cheese, perfect for parties or game day.
Ingredients
- 1 lb hot sausage
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup beer (lager or ale)
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook sausage in a skillet over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
- Add cream cheese, beer, cheddar, mozzarella, garlic powder, onion powder, and cayenne to the skillet. Stir until smooth.
- Transfer mixture to an air fryer-safe dish.
- Air fry for 10-12 minutes, stirring halfway, until bubbly and golden.
- Serve warm with chips, bread, or veggies.
Notes
- Use a mild beer if you prefer less bitterness.
- For extra heat, add chopped jalapeños or hot sauce.
- If the dip thickens too much, stir in a splash of beer.
