Description
A creamy and spicy dip with the flavors of jalapeño poppers, made easy in the air fryer.
Ingredients
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
- 4 jalapeños, seeded and finely diced
- 1/4 cup crumbled cooked bacon
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese and sour cream until smooth.
- Stir in cheddar, Monterey Jack, jalapeños, bacon, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Transfer mixture to an air fryer-safe dish.
- Air fry for 10-12 minutes until bubbly and lightly browned on top.
- Let cool slightly before serving with chips or crackers.
Notes
- Wear gloves when handling jalapeños to avoid irritation.
- Adjust jalapeño quantity for preferred spice level.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
