Description
Crispy, cheesy jalapeño poppers made easily in your air fryer.
Ingredients
- 6 large jalapeños
- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp onion powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 egg, beaten
Instructions
- Cut jalapeños in half lengthwise. Remove seeds and membranes.
- Mix cream cheese, cheddar cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt in a bowl.
- Fill jalapeño halves with cheese mixture.
- Dip filled jalapeños in beaten egg, then coat with breadcrumbs.
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Place poppers in air fryer basket. Cook for 8-10 minutes until golden brown.
- Serve warm.

- Wear gloves when handling jalapeños.
- Adjust cooking time based on your air fryer model.
- For extra crispiness, spray lightly with oil before cooking.
