Description
A creamy and flavorful crab dip inspired by Joe’s Crab Shack, made easy with an air fryer.
Ingredients
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp Old Bay seasoning
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 lb lump crab meat, drained
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, mix cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise until smooth.
- Add cheddar cheese, Parmesan cheese, Old Bay seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper. Stir well.
- Gently fold in the crab meat, being careful not to break it up too much.
- Transfer the mixture to an oven-safe dish that fits in your air fryer basket.
- Air fry for 10-12 minutes, or until bubbly and lightly browned on top.
- Sprinkle with fresh parsley before serving.
- Serve warm with crackers, bread, or vegetables.
Notes
- Use fresh crab meat for the best flavor.
- Adjust seasoning to taste.
- If you don’t have an air fryer, bake at 350°F (175°C) for 20-25 minutes.
