Ingredients

  • 4 bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika


Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Pat chicken thighs dry with paper towels.
  3. Rub olive oil evenly over chicken.
  4. Sprinkle salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika on both sides.
  5. Place chicken thighs in air fryer basket, skin side down.
  6. Cook for 12 minutes, then flip and cook for another 10 minutes.
  7. Check internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  8. Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
