Ingredients

  • 2 ripe avocados
  • 1 cup keto panko breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp paprika
  • 1 tbsp olive oil


Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cut avocados into thick slices.
  3. Whisk egg in a bowl.
