Description
Crispy avocado fries made in an air fryer with a keto-friendly panko crust.
Ingredients
- 2 ripe avocados
- 1 cup keto panko breadcrumbs
- 1 egg
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp paprika
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Cut avocados into thick slices.
- Whisk egg in a bowl.
- Mix panko, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika in another bowl.
- Dip avocado slices in egg, then coat with panko mixture.
- Place slices in air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Lightly spray or brush with olive oil.
- Air fry for 8-10 minutes until golden and crispy.
- Serve immediately.

- Use firm avocados for best results.
