A keto-friendly version of the Big Mac salad made in an air fryer.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 head iceberg lettuce, chopped
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup diced pickles
  • 1/4 cup diced onions
  • 1/4 cup keto-friendly Big Mac sauce
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Season ground beef with salt and pepper, then cook in the air fryer for 8-10 minutes, breaking it into crumbles.
  3. While beef cooks, chop lettuce and prepare other toppings.
