Description
A keto-friendly version of the Big Mac salad made in an air fryer.
Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 head iceberg lettuce, chopped
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup diced pickles
- 1/4 cup diced onions
- 1/4 cup keto-friendly Big Mac sauce
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Season ground beef with salt and pepper, then cook in the air fryer for 8-10 minutes, breaking it into crumbles.
- While beef cooks, chop lettuce and prepare other toppings.
- Mix cooked beef with lettuce, cheese, pickles, and onions.
- Drizzle with keto-friendly Big Mac sauce and olive oil.
- Toss well and serve immediately.
Notes
- Use sugar-free pickles for strict keto.
- Adjust seasoning to taste.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 2 days.
