Ingredients

  • 1 medium head cauliflower, cut into wedges
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp onion powder
  • 2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese (optional)


Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, toss cauliflower wedges with olive oil.
  3. Add garlic powder, paprika, salt, pepper, and onion powder. Mix well.
  4. Arrange wedges in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
