Description

Crispy and flavorful keto-friendly cauliflower wings made in the air fryer with a spicy buffalo sauce.


Ingredients

  • 1 medium head cauliflower, cut into florets
  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
  • 1 tbsp melted butter


Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix almond flour, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Beat eggs in a separate bowl.
  4. Dip each cauliflower floret in the egg, then coat with the almond flour mixture.
  5. Place coated florets in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  6. Cook for 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crispy.
  7. Mix buffalo sauce and melted butter in a bowl.
  8. Toss cooked cauliflower wings in the buffalo sauce mixture.
  9. Serve immediately with your favorite keto-friendly dip.
