Description
Crispy, cheesy keto biscuits made with cheddar and cottage cheese in an air fryer.
Ingredients
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup cottage cheese
- 1 egg
- 1 cup almond flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix cheddar cheese, cottage cheese, and egg in a bowl.
- Add almond flour, baking powder, garlic powder, and salt. Stir until combined.
- Scoop small portions of dough and shape into biscuits.
- Place biscuits in the air fryer basket, leaving space between them.
- Air fry for 10-12 minutes until golden brown.
- Let cool for 2 minutes before serving.
Notes
- Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
- For extra crispiness, spray biscuits lightly with oil before air frying.
- Substitute mozzarella for cheddar if preferred.
