Description

Crispy, cheesy keto biscuits made with cheddar and cottage cheese in an air fryer.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup cottage cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt


Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix cheddar cheese, cottage cheese, and egg in a bowl.
  3. Add almond flour, baking powder, garlic powder, and salt. Stir until combined.
  4. Scoop small portions of dough and shape into biscuits.
  5. Place biscuits in the air fryer basket, leaving space between them.
  6. Air fry for 10-12 minutes until golden brown.
  7. Let cool for 2 minutes before serving.
