Description
Crispy keto-friendly pepperoni chip sticks made in an air fryer.
Ingredients
- 1 package (3.5 oz) pepperoni slices
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Mix mozzarella, Parmesan, Italian seasoning, and garlic powder in a bowl.
- Place pepperoni slices in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Sprinkle cheese mixture evenly over pepperoni.
- Air fry for 4-5 minutes until crispy.
- Remove and let cool for 2 minutes before serving.
Notes
- Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
- Serve with marinara sauce for dipping.
