Description

A quick and easy keto-friendly Philly cheesesteak made in the air fryer.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb thinly sliced ribeye steak
  • 1 green bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 small onion, sliced
  • 4 slices provolone cheese
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 370°F (187°C).
  2. Toss steak, bell pepper, and onion with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  3. Air fry for 8-10 minutes, stirring halfway.
  4. Divide mixture into 4 portions and top each with a cheese slice.
  5. Roll up and return to air fryer for 1-2 minutes until cheese melts.

Notes

  • Use very thin steak slices for best results.
