Description
A quick and easy keto-friendly Philly cheesesteak made in the air fryer.
Ingredients
- 1 lb thinly sliced ribeye steak
- 1 green bell pepper, sliced
- 1 small onion, sliced
- 4 slices provolone cheese
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 370°F (187°C).
- Toss steak, bell pepper, and onion with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Air fry for 8-10 minutes, stirring halfway.
- Divide mixture into 4 portions and top each with a cheese slice.
- Roll up and return to air fryer for 1-2 minutes until cheese melts.
Notes
- Use very thin steak slices for best results.
- Add mushrooms if desired.
