Description
A spicy and cheesy Korean-inspired corn dish made in an air fryer. Perfect as a side or snack.
Ingredients
- 2 cups corn kernels (fresh or frozen)
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp gochujang (Korean red pepper paste)
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 green onion, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix corn, mayonnaise, gochujang, sugar, garlic powder, and black pepper.
- Transfer the mixture to an air fryer-safe dish.
- Top with shredded mozzarella cheese and dot with butter.
- Air fry for 8-10 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
Notes
- Adjust gochujang for more or less spice.
- Use fresh corn for a crispier texture.
- Serve immediately for best results.
