Description

A spicy and cheesy Korean-inspired corn dish made in an air fryer. Perfect as a side or snack.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups corn kernels (fresh or frozen)
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp gochujang (Korean red pepper paste)
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 green onion, chopped (for garnish)


Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix corn, mayonnaise, gochujang, sugar, garlic powder, and black pepper.
  3. Transfer the mixture to an air fryer-safe dish.
  4. Top with shredded mozzarella cheese and dot with butter.
  5. Air fry for 8-10 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
  6. Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.

Notes

  • Adjust gochujang for more or less spice.
