Description

Crispy and flavorful Korean fried chicken made easily in an air fryer.


Ingredients

  • 2 lbs chicken wings
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp gochujang (Korean chili paste)
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp minced garlic
  • 1 tbsp minced ginger
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 1/2 cup cornstarch
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper


Instructions

  1. Marinate chicken wings in soy sauce, gochujang, honey, garlic, ginger, and sesame oil for 1 hour.
  2. Coat each wing in cornstarch and black pepper.
  3. Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 5 minutes.
  4. Place wings in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  5. Cook for 12 minutes, flip, and cook for another 10 minutes until crispy.
  6. Serve hot.

Notes

  • Adjust gochujang for spiciness.
  • Do not overcrowd the air fryer for even cooking.
