Description
A quick and easy twist on classic lasagna, made in the air fryer for a crispy texture.
Ingredients
- 8 lasagna noodles, cooked al dente
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup marinara sauce
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp olive oil (for brushing)
Instructions
- Lay cooked lasagna noodles flat on a clean surface.
- In a bowl, mix ricotta, mozzarella, Parmesan, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Spread the cheese mixture evenly over each lasagna noodle.
- Roll each noodle tightly into a pinwheel shape.
- Brush each pinwheel lightly with olive oil.
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Place pinwheels in the air fryer basket, leaving space between them.
- Air fry for 8-10 minutes until golden and crispy.
- Serve warm with marinara sauce for dipping.
Notes
- For extra crispiness, spray the pinwheels lightly with cooking oil before air frying.
- Customize by adding spinach or cooked ground meat to the filling.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container and reheat in the air fryer for 2-3 minutes.
